This online coaching session you'll have Pam's expert coaching to learn a deeper level of CARs, daily mobility routine.  CARs is the first step in every KINSTRETCH class. This routine becomes your important daily routine and thus your check-in and self assessment. ALL movement starts at the joint. 

During our session I will watch and coach you doing the movements. I'll help you learn and understand the concepts to gain mobility and do your routine better and better so that you gain more control and capacity for anything you want to do! This session is great for beginners and expert movers. 

This course includes 
  • access to the full CARs routine (video) so you can learn the routine and continue to improve
  • a listing of the movements to understand the terminology and gain more knowledge about yourself 
  • a coaching session appointment to review your technique and discuss strategies to improve movement so you continue to make even more progress 
You will have my expertise as I watch you perform joint movements and coach you to more independent control, address limitations and make adjustments to your routine on the spot!
